Eneus Energy wish to mark with much sadness the unexpected death of its Chairman, Graeme Sweeney. After a long and distinguished career in Royal Dutch Shell , Graeme became a valued adviser to the Scottish Government and the European Commission as well as a leading figure in the third sector driving the green energy transition and opposing discrimination particularly in the third world. At Eneus Energy, we were privileged to have Graeme as our Chair, investor and a driving force. Graeme saw the potential in green ammonia and was a huge influence in our journey to making it happen.  His matchless experience, his pithy humour, his common sense and pragmatism, his unstinting support to colleagues and the company are a huge loss. His innate integrity and fairness has shaped our journey and our culture and values. His legacy will live on in the clean energy and sustainable future we build on the foundations created under his time with us. His inspiration remains with us.
